She is a visionary leader with a strong entrepreneurial background, spawning from her unwavering passion towards creating things from nothing and nurturing them into something prosperous.
Shara is an Enrolled Agent, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Tax Service LLC, which was established in 2016. Global Tax Service is customer-driven and seeks to be a source of education and advise as it relates to individual and small business tax preparation, bookkeeping, and small business consulting services. Professionally, her area of expertise is in Accounting, Strategy and Operations Management. In her career years, she has assisted many start-ups and established businesses achieve a higher level of success.

A Hoosier native from the Eastside of Indianapolis, Shara faced many of the obstacles that comes with growing up in the inner city. Those obstacles did not stop her from setting and reaching her goals as she comes from a long line of educators and entrepreneurs. It was instilled in her at an early age that education and hard work were key to rise above every circumstance and obtain success.
Shara is and Enrolled agent, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Tax Service LLC, which was established in 2016. Global Tax Service is customer-driven and seeks to be a source of education and advise as it relates to individual and small business tax preparation, bookkeeping, and small business consulting services. Professionally, her area of expertise is in Accounting, Strategy and Operations Management. In her career years, she has assisted many start-ups and established businesses achieve a higher level of success.
Previously, Shara was the CEO and Founder of Share A Hand Cleaning LLC for 14 years. The company provided services locally and statewide performing work for national and international companies such as Dimension One Inc. (Louis Vuitton Project), Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, The Stellar Group, Boar's Head, King Park Development Corporation, Nine Star, Navistar, Conway, Collegiate Housing Services, Dillon Construction, and countless other organizations, property management groups and residential clients. She also provided consulting for private clients in the entertainment field(music and comedy) and worked exclusively with the management of prominent international and local personalities in the entertainment industry, promoting several shows and managing public relations.
Early on Shara, was one who sought ought to broaden her horizon of knowledge. After high school she attended Jackson State University in Jackson, MS as a Mass Communication major with a concentration in Advertising and Marketing. While in attendance she was a noon-day radio personality for the local jazz station FM 88.5 WJSU. After returning home to Indianapolis she earned a Bachelor of Management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009. She also holds a certificate in Business Strategy from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business. Additionally, Shara is Lean Certified and Six Sigma Certified. She is an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Society of Tax Practitioners, National Society of Accountants, Indy Chamber of Commerce, Association of Black Tax Professionals, The Indy Black Chamber of Commerce.
As someone who has a passion for helping others, Shara enjoys giving back to the community, she is committed to improving communities by creating jobs and promoting education in the area of finance as it relates to taxation. She is a proud mom currently residing in Indianapolis, IN. Shara’s desire to see individuals and businesses achieve exponential success is the driving force behind everything she does.
