Passport - Vendor Fees

Type of event: Community/Networking event, held outdoors in the parking lot of a strip mall Time: 10:00am-3pm
Vendor Setup Time: 8:00am-9:30am
Presented by: Global Tax Service LLC and ENDURE (Education Network Developing Urban Rising Entrepreneurs)
Purpose of event: Provide resources to small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. There will be business related service providers there to provide information and other resources.
Cost: Free to the public
Event Details: Service providers: These service providers will be housed under a large tent in the parking lot where the event will be hosted. The vendors will be available to those in attendance to advertise and promote their services. Each participant will receive a “Passport” card which will receive a stamp after visiting each vendor booth. If the participant fills up their passport card they are entered into a contest to win a prize. This is a great way to ensure that all vendors are recognized and that those in attendance can get a snapshot of the importance of how the vendors service can help their business.

Vendor Packages
Vendor fee for Passport service vendors:
- Level 1: table and 2 chairs - $75.00
- Level 2: table, 2 chairs, logo on the banner - $125.00
Vendor fee for Passport vendors selling goods:
Vendors who are selling goods will be located on the outside of the large main tent.
- Level 1: table and 2 chairs w/o tent - $100.00
- Level 2: table, 2 chairs with 10x10 tent - $150.00
Food truck vendors: will be allowed to park on the lot during the event and sell food items to guests. A $150.00 vendor fee is required.
Deadline for food trucks is August 15, 2021 Deadline for all other vendors is : August 14, 2021
